Onartium is the physical gallery of Ache Hernández, an artist, actor and creative whose practice spans paintings, murals and sculptural installations. The website brings that world to an audience beyond the gallery.
The challenge
Present a diverse body of work with the care of a gallery, while making the collection, the artist and commission opportunities easy to explore.
Our approach
We organized the experience around different ways of seeing: the collection at a glance, an individual piece up close, and work imagined at architectural scale. Each has a distinct place within a consistent visual language.
Large artwork views sit beside supporting context. Clear routes between the collection, artist, installations and inquiry keep the experience useful as well as expressive.
The collection page creates a clear starting point for exploring the work.
Individual work pages bring material detail and the story of the piece together.
A dedicated section explains the artist’s conceptual installation offering.
