Nocturnum / Your information
Privacy Policy
How Nocturnum Creative handles website inquiries. Updated October 15, 2026. Privacy contact: Robert, [email protected].
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company, service interests, budget and project description. Please do not include medical information, identity documents, payment-card details, account passwords or other sensitive material. We use information you choose to send to respond, assess your project and discuss a possible engagement.
Submission and email delivery
When you send the inquiry form, your details are submitted securely to our Cloudflare-hosted inquiry service. We use Resend to send the inquiry to [email protected]. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so Robert can respond directly.
We store the inquiry details, acknowledgement of the terms and privacy notice, submission time and delivery status in our Cloudflare database. A success message means the email-delivery provider accepted the inquiry; it is not a guarantee of inbox delivery. If a send cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your details on the page so you can retry or email us directly. Form code does not save your project details in browser storage.
Cloudflare also processes technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata for hosting, security and service operation. Our inquiry rate limits use hashed network identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in inquiry records. Earlier submissions may remain in prior provider accounts and email records. Service providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may apply.
Use and sharing
We use inquiries for the conversation you requested, project administration, security and legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information or treat an inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. If a project requires a specialist or subcontractor to receive confidential material, that handling is addressed as part of the engagement. We may disclose information where required by law.
Website features and external links
Fonts, portfolio images and the website’s interface scripts are hosted with the site. We have not added advertising pixels or marketing tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical traffic data.
If you allow optional analytics, the site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to help us understand how pages are used and how the website performs. Choosing essential settings only keeps that optional analytics script disabled. Your preference is remembered in your browser. You can change it using Cookie preferences in the footer.
External portfolio, social and email links lead to services with their own privacy practices. Provider information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Resend Privacy Policy and, for earlier form submissions, the Netlify Privacy Policy. Your browser, device and email application may retain history, downloads or autofill information under your settings.
Retention and safeguards
We keep inquiries and correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, a resulting project, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention can differ between email, backups and Cloudflare inquiry records, Resend delivery records and earlier Netlify inquiry processing. We use the hosting and email providers’ security controls and limit access, but no internet or email service is completely secure. Contact us to discuss a safer route before sharing confidential project material.
Your choices and requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or information about how your data is handled, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may ask for reasonable identity verification; legal retention duties can limit deletion. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing an inquiry or service. You can contact us directly instead of using the form. Privacy concerns may also be raised with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca/.
Changes
We update this notice when the website’s data handling changes. The effective date identifies the current version. A materially different use of personal information will be addressed before that use begins, including further consent where required.
